The Ministry of Defence (MoD) has announced 2025 as the ‘Year of Reforms’, focusing on modernizing India’s Armed Forces and preparing them for future challenges.

Key Goals of the ‘Year of Reforms’

  1. Strengthening Joint Operations
    • Improving coordination among the Army, Navy, and Air Force.
    • Setting up Integrated Theatre Commands to enhance operational efficiency.
  2. Adopting New Technologies
    • Expanding into advanced areas like Cyber and Space warfare.
